Our specialties lie within residential and commercial sectors, development, construction, as well as vacation rental (condo-hotel) management and commercial lease advisory and consultation services. Additional insight and expertise is brought in from our sister company, Doric Realty, a full service real estate brokerage. We currently provide Miami property management in Miami Beach, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach (South Florida) as well as Fairfax and Arlington Counties (Northern Virginia).
Doric Property Management Inc. was founded on an idea that proper Property Management of real estate assets should be built on responsiveness, transparency, and sustainable business practices. Since our beginning in 2010, we have introduced our Tenant Guarantee, have made our agreements cancel-able at any time, and have been as seamless and transparent as possible by providing our clients with the ability to track all of their real estate matters online in real time.
