Condo Hotel/Short-Term Property Management

Over the years we have essentially created a brand of its own with a loyal following of guests that come back for the experience. We proudly offer short-term property management services for condo hotels and other qualifying short-term properties. Our guests are always greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine with a choice of an additional item, together with Bvlgari and Agua bath amenities, as well as custom-embroidered, plush towels, and any other special items that may be requested.

  • Our contracts bear no traps and never lock our clients in. If you are not happy for any reason, you are given the opportunity to withdraw from an agreement with a simple 14-day notice.
  • We accept all major credit cards as well as electronic checks for reservations, and have partnered with American Express for exclusive discounts offered to guests using an American Express card.
  • You can choose to have funds electronically transferred to any domestic or international account with any financial institution.
  • Our programs net consistently higher incomes to property owners than Hotel programs or programs offered through other management companies.
  • Units are advertised through a network of travel agents, as well as a portfolio of proven and effective travel websites.
  • Our occupancy rates are on average 70% or higher.
  • Fees are calculated as a percentage of total income, therefore our income depends on your income. Our goal is to maximize income while minimizing vacancy.
  • Pricing is adjusted based on market conditions and response. We constantly research and update pricing to match the market.
  • Guests have a complimentary personal concierge available 24/7.
  • We have in-house Handymen on call at all times in case any issues arise.
  • Cleaning arrangements can be handled through the Hotel, or through our contracted cleaning company.
  • Owners enjoy a hassle-free management experience, get automated email confirmations each time a reservation is made, and are provided with detailed monthly reports of all income and expenses.
