At Doric Property Management we don't settle for less, and we don't expect you to either. All of our specialty trained CAM and CPM licensed property managers exhibit the necessary technical knowledge of property maintenance and accounting. We offer our Board of Directors more than just collecting monthly fees and paying bills, we offer a deep understanding and experience of how an efficient Association functions and the knowledge of what steps are necessary to ensure proper operations and adequate funding. Some of the services we provide include:

Financial Services
  • Assure that all operating and reserve accounts are properly set up, maintained and reconciled
  • Enforce collections of monthly assessments and other charges, and maintain aggressive follow-up action on all unpaid assessments or fees
  • Keep accurate records of homeowner occupancy and receipts, and distribute monthly billing statements
  • Prepare the annual operating budget for review and approval by the Board and/or Association, and help the Board of Directors focus on long-range capital replacement schedule
  • Approve and pay all invoices in accordance with the approved budget, provide copies of all bills and invoices paid from the Association's account if requested
  • Prepare monthly financial statements showing total monthly and year-to-date activity by the line item
  • Assist the Association's outside accountant/auditor in performing the annual and federal income tax preparation
  • Direct deposit, debit cards and credit cards accepted
Physical Plant Services
  • Conduct inspections of Association common areas three times per week. Property, grounds, equipment and other facilities. Inspection reports of the property and recommendations will be given to the Board of Directors
  • Arrange for outside professional consultant (when needed) to prepare specifications, obtain and award bids, prepare contracts, and oversee execution of work to verify compliance
  • Provide a preventive maintenance program for building and grounds, coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
  • Order requested or necessary repairs and oversee the work and inspect finished product
  • Select and supervise landscaping services, work to assure that landscape maintenance agreement is being followed
Customer Service
  • Respond to complaints, concerns, suggestions or questions in a prompt and systematic manner
  • Provide 2 hours per week or as needed for the Manager to meet with residents at a specific place on site
